At Eroship Official Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive your return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping packaging or a secure box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
